CWFF 09 Terms and Conditions of Booking
Purchasing
• Screening venues for CWFF09 are Cineworld West India Quay and Museum of London Docklands.
• Tickets for CWFF09 film screenings – Mix: UK, Mix: International, Showcase, Focus Serbia 1, Focus Serbia 2, Eran Creevy Screening + Q&A – are available for purchase through the respective venues at which they take place, Cineworld West India Quay and Museum of London Docklands. Tickets purchased via these venues are subject to the respective venue’s Terms and Conditions of Use and General Conditions of Sale.
• Tickets for the CWFF 09 Big Film Quiz and Golden Canaries Awards Show are available to purchase online via www.cwff.org.uk
• Sales via www.cwff.org.uk use an e-ticketing system and PayPal to process payment.
• Free screenings/events – Next Generation, Nearby: East End Docks and Green Archive programmes – use an e-ticketing system to monitor attendance figures and capacity. You must book your place via www.cwff.org.uk for entry. Entry on the day is on a first come first served basis for any unreserved places and is not guaranteed.
• For any booking made via www.cwff.org.uk you must print the CWFF E-ticket confirmation and bring to the event to gain entry.
Venues
• Tickets can also be purchased in person at each venue throughout the festival dates: 3-7 September, 2009.
• CWFF staff will be in venues and should be contacted in the first instance for all festival-related queries.
• Cineworld Unlimited cards cannot be used in conjunction with CWFF screenings.
• Tickets for CWFF screenings or events only entitle the holder entry to that specific screening or event as indicated on the ticket.
• Tickets for CWFF screenings or events do not entitle the holder to access to any other screening or event at the respective venues.
• Ticket holders for paid CWFF screenings at Museum of London Docklands are entitled to annual admission to Museum of London Docklands at a discounted price of £3.
Certification
• All screenings carry an 18 certificate except for the Next Generation, Nearby: East End Docks and Green Sundays programme. Audience members under 18 should ensure they have parental consent to attend these events.
• By purchasing tickets for CWFF screenings, you confirm you are 18 years of age or over.
• Identification may be required for ticket purchases in venue if venue staff believe festival-goers are under 18 years of age.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
• Tickets purchased through venues – Cineworld West India Quay or Museum of London Docklands – are subject to the respective venue’s own Cancellation/Refund policy. All issues relating to refund on ticket sales should be directed to the respective venue. CWFF is not responsible for handling these issues.
• If The CWFF 09 Big Film Quiz or Golden Canaries Awards Show are cancelled, online purchases via www.cwff.org.uk will be refunded via PayPal, or by cheque up to 4 weeks after the event date.
• CWFF is otherwise unable to offer refunds for any tickets sold online or in venue.
• CWFF does not offer refunds for any other costs incurred by the Attendee.
• CWFF reserves the right to amend the programme.
• Festival-goers will be alerted of any changes via email and also, highlighted at www.cwff.org.uk.
• Please ensure you subscribe to email bulletins for the most up to date information.
• CWFF reserves the right to refuse admission to festival screenings and events.
